What is that feeling of being on stage and performing like?
You never know what’s gonna happen. I don’t really like to rehearse too much because it always changes, but I love it, and it’s only really my third show after releasing Sailing Souls so I was like wow, when they knew all the words. I had to stop for a minute, and be like “Okaay…”
I know that you came from a very music-oriented family, but when did you realize this is something you can make a career out of?
I kinda just got thrown into because I grew up singing so I thought it was just normal, but then I actually wanted to be a veterinarian. I wasn’t thinking about my talent or whatever.. I grew up around the whole TUG family and when B2K signed I was kinda thrown into their deal, but that’s when I realized I can make this a job, you know, to make money for, which is great because I love to sing. So I think it was when I was around 12 or 13.
